Summary
This study looks at whether the antidepressant vortioxetine can help people who have both depression and migraine. About 31 adults with moderate to severe depression and episodic migraine will take vortioxetine for 12 weeks. Researchers will track changes in mood, anxiety, and migraine symptoms to see if this medication improves both conditions.
