New hope for advanced kidney cancer: combo therapy enters phase 3 trial

Summary

This study tests two new treatments (volrustomig alone or with casdatifan) against the current standard therapy for people with advanced clear cell kidney cancer that has not been treated before. About 1,116 participants worldwide will take part. The goal is to see if the new combinations help people live longer or keep the cancer from growing.
