First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding structured thinking and group discussion to volleyball practice helps players make smarter decisions during games. Twenty-four university players took part; half did a 4-week tactical thinking program, while the other half continued their usual drills. Researchers measured decision-making in serve, reception, and spike before and after the program.
