Summary
This study looked at whether a 4-week program that teaches volleyball players to think critically about their game decisions can improve their performance. Twenty-four university players took part, with half doing the special program and half sticking to regular practice. The goal was to see if adding structured reflection and group discussion to training helps players make better choices during games.
