Summary
This study compares Vojta therapy, a movement-based treatment, to standard care for helping people recover after an ischemic stroke. The goal is to see if Vojta therapy helps patients regain more independence in daily activities like walking and self-care. The study plans to enroll 150 adults who had a stroke within the last three years.
