Summary
This study will test if Vojta therapy, a specific physical therapy method, helps people recover from an ischemic stroke better than standard care alone. It will involve 150 adults who had a stroke within the last three years. Researchers will measure improvements in balance, walking, and the ability to perform daily tasks like dressing and eating.
