Summary
This study looks at whether recording messages of wisdom and hope can help patients with serious illnesses and their caregivers feel more dignity and support. About 40 adults with chronic or progressive illness will make recordings and answer surveys. The goal is to find where patients and caregivers need more help during treatment.
