Summary

This study looks at whether recording personal messages of wisdom and hope can help maintain dignity for people with serious illnesses like cancer and their caregivers. About 40 adults with a chronic or progressive illness will make recordings and complete surveys before and after. The goal is to find where patients and caregivers need more support.
