First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether pairing vagus nerve stimulation (a mild electrical pulse to a nerve in the neck) with mobility training can help people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago walk better. About 20 adults with slow walking speed will receive the therapy in clinic. Researchers will track safety, how many finish the program, and changes in walking speed.
