Saltwater swish during scarless hysterectomy may cut pain

Summary
This study tests whether rinsing the belly with saltwater during a scarless hysterectomy (vNOTES) can lower pain and the need for painkillers after surgery. About 94 women having the procedure will be randomly assigned to get the rinse or not. The goal is to see if this simple step helps people recover faster and feel better.
