Summary
This study tested a 12-week exercise program called Vivifrail in 80 elderly residents of long-term care facilities. Participants were assigned to either the exercise group or a control group. The program aimed to improve physical performance, grip strength, and reduce fall risk. Results showed improvements in mobility and strength, suggesting that graded exercise can help manage frailty in older adults.
