Summary
This study looks at how vitamin D is absorbed and used in pregnant and non-pregnant women ages 20-39. Researchers will give a small dose of labeled vitamin D and track it with blood tests over 40 days. The goal is to understand how obesity, ancestry, and pregnancy affect vitamin D levels. No treatment is given—only observation and measurement.
