Summary
This study looked at whether taking vitamin D supplements can change key hormones that control the menstrual cycle, which are important for fertility. 57 women aged 19-40 with regular cycles took either vitamin D or a placebo for about 3 months. Researchers measured hormone levels in urine and blood to see if vitamin D made a difference.
