Summary
This study tests a program called Vital@Work that aims to prevent work-related mental health problems by tailoring stress-reduction activities to each organization's unique needs. Researchers will enroll 1,040 employees from four different Dutch companies and measure stress levels over time. The goal is to find out what works best to keep workers mentally healthy.
