Eating on a schedule might boost your vaccines

NCT ID NCT07000708

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating only during a specific time window each day (time-restricted eating) can improve how well older adults' immune systems respond to flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Researchers will measure changes in immune cell activity and body composition in 24 healthy volunteers aged 60-85. The goal is to understand if this simple lifestyle change can help counter age-related immune decline.
