First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at how medical students learn from virtual patients (computer programs) compared to real actors playing patients. About 60 students from National Taiwan University will try both methods and give feedback through surveys. The goal is to see if virtual patients can be as effective and acceptable as real ones for training future doctors.
