NCT ID NCT06941324

Summary

This study is testing a short, virtual talk therapy program designed to help young cancer survivors (ages 15-39) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and emotional distress. The therapy focuses on building hope and strengths rather than just discussing problems. Researchers will compare this special therapy to standard support care to see which is better at improving mental health and quality of life.
