Virtual hope: new therapy aims to ease young cancer Survivors' anxiety and depression
NCT ID NCT06941324
Summary
This study is testing whether a short virtual therapy program can better reduce depression and anxiety in young cancer survivors compared to usual care. The therapy focuses on building hope and strengths rather than just discussing problems. Researchers will enroll 60 survivors aged 15-39 who are experiencing psychological distress, either during treatment or within 5 years after treatment ends.
