Summary
This is a small pilot study to test the feasibility of a larger trial for a virtual rehabilitation program called VIVA. The program is designed for adults over 50 who have had a spine fracture due to osteoporosis. It aims to see if weekly virtual sessions with an exercise professional can help reduce pain, improve physical function, and enhance quality of life.
