Virtual therapy trial aims to ease pain from osteoporosis spine fractures

NCT ID NCT06650410

Summary

This study is testing whether a new virtual rehabilitation program is practical to run for people with osteoporosis-related spine fractures. The program, called VIVA, involves weekly video sessions with an exercise specialist for eight weeks. Researchers want to see if they can recruit enough participants and if people stick with the program before launching a larger trial to see if it actually reduces pain and improves daily life.
