Can virtual reality ease shoulder pain better than Hands-On therapy?

NCT ID NCT07369934

First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments for shoulder impingement: virtual reality-based exercises and a hands-on technique called Mulligan mobilization. Both groups also receive standard exercise therapy. Researchers will measure pain, shoulder function, range of motion, and posture in 74 adults aged 30-50. The goal is to find which approach works best for improving shoulder health.
