Summary

This study compares two treatments for shoulder impingement syndrome: virtual reality-based exercise training and Mulligan mobilization. Both groups also receive standard exercise therapy. The goal is to see which approach better improves shoulder posture, function, and pain in 74 adults aged 30-50.
