First seen Jun 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether adding special neck exercises to standard physical therapy can reduce pain and improve shoulder function in people with shoulder impingement syndrome. About 42 adults aged 20-40 with shoulder pain for at least 3 months will take part. One group will get neck exercises plus physical therapy, while the other gets physical therapy alone. The goal is to see if the neck exercises make a difference in pain, movement, and daily activities.
