Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality treadmill (omni-VR) for 12 weeks can improve walking, balance, and thinking in people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Thirty participants will either do VR training or traditional exercises. The main goal is to see if the VR approach is practical and safe, and to measure any changes in movement and brain function.
