Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality treadmill (omni-VR) is practical and helpful for people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Thirty participants will do 45-minute sessions three times a week for 12 weeks, either using the VR treadmill or doing traditional exercises. The goal is to see if the VR approach improves walking, balance, thinking, and quality of life.
