Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) alongside standard pain medicine can reduce pain during a sickle cell crisis in children and young adults aged 6 to 25. Participants will either receive standard care alone or standard care plus VR therapy. Researchers will measure pain scores and opioid use to see if VR provides extra relief.
