Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) can help reduce anxiety, depression, and emotional distress in people receiving palliative care. Twenty adults with a life expectancy of one year or less will use VR goggles and report their feelings before and after. The goal is to see if a simple, immersive experience can improve emotional well-being near the end of life.
