Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality-based exercises can reduce neck pain and improve daily activities in people with chronic neck pain or whiplash. Seventy-two adults will be randomly assigned to either VR-enhanced rehabilitation or the same exercises without VR. The goal is to see if adding VR makes the treatment more effective.
