Summary
This study tested whether virtual reality exercises can improve flexibility, muscle strength, and walking patterns in adults with tight hamstrings. 84 sedentary adults aged 18-30 with hamstring tightness took part. Participants used VR-based activities designed to stretch and strengthen the hamstring muscles, and their progress was measured using strength tests and range-of-motion assessments.
