This study looked at whether virtual reality exercises could improve flexibility, muscle strength, and walking in adults with tight hamstrings. 84 sedentary adults aged 18-30 with hamstring tightness took part. The approach used VR-based activities to encourage movement and stretching, aiming to reduce stiffness and improve daily function.
