First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing exercises in virtual reality (VR) can help people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) feel less pain, move better, and improve their quality of life. 36 adults aged 18-65 with frozen shoulder took part. Researchers measured pain, shoulder movement, and daily function before and after VR-based exercises. The goal was to see if VR can distract from pain and encourage freer movement.
