First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality-based exercises can help improve foot function, reduce foot pressure, and enhance balance in sedentary individuals (ages 18-25). Researchers will measure foot pain, walking pressure, and balance before and after the VR program. The goal is to see if fun, screen-based activities can counteract the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle on foot health.
