First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) meditation can reduce the impact of fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. About 40 adults with fibromyalgia will try both an active VR meditation program and a sham (fake) VR session to see which one helps more. The goal is to find new, drug-free ways to manage symptoms and improve daily life.
