First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a 6-week virtual reality (VR) program is a practical and acceptable way to teach people with chronic pain about their condition. Fifty adults with chronic pain will use a VR tool called Reality Health™ to learn about pain science, coping strategies, and gentle exercises. The goal is to see if VR can improve pain, mood, and quality of life, and to gather information for a larger future study.
