Summary

This study compares virtual reality-based rehabilitation to standard physiotherapy for 80 adults aged 40-65 with chronic low back pain lasting at least three months. Participants will do exercises with a 3D camera and real-time feedback over four weeks. Researchers will measure pain, balance, mobility, and emotional well-being at the start, right after treatment, and eight weeks later.
