Summary

This study tested whether wearing a virtual reality mask during blood tests and skin prick tests can reduce pain and anxiety in allergic children aged 7 to 13. About 300 kids took part across two hospitals. The goal was to see if VR distraction makes these routine procedures less scary and uncomfortable.
