Virtual reality bikes may boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests whether adding immersive virtual reality to stationary cycling helps people who have had a stroke walk better. Twenty-five adults who are at least 6 months post-stroke will try the combined therapy or standard physiotherapy alone. Researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, and coordination over 8 weeks.
