NCT ID NCT07529665

First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding immersive virtual reality to stationary cycling, alongside standard physical therapy, helps people who have had a stroke walk better. Researchers will compare this combined approach to physical therapy alone in 25 adults who are at least 6 months post-stroke. The goal is to see if the virtual reality cycling improves gait, balance, coordination, and muscle function, and how satisfied participants and therapists are with the treatment.
