NCT ID NCT06443060

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether using virtual reality goggles or a vibrating Buzzy device can lower pain, fear, and anxiety in children aged 7 to 10 during a skin prick test for allergies. About 111 children will be randomly placed into one of three groups: VR, Buzzy, or standard care. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to make allergy testing less stressful for kids.
