Virtual guides aim to ease insurance confusion for childhood cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether virtual navigation sessions can help childhood cancer survivors better understand their health insurance and reduce financial worry. About 529 adult survivors will be randomly assigned to live navigator sessions, pre-recorded sessions, or usual care. The goal is to see if these tools improve insurance literacy and lower financial burden over 6 to 12 months.
