Summary
This study tested a virtual program that combines weight management with short mindfulness exercises for obese cancer survivors. The goal was to see if it's feasible and can improve mood, stress, and weight. Nineteen adults who had stage I-III cancer and a BMI of 30 or higher took part in 12 online sessions.
