Knee surgery recovery: video lessons may be just as good as In-Person coaching

Summary
This study tests if watching a video about exercises and recovery is as effective as meeting with a teacher in person for people having knee surgery. About 166 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the video helps patients feel more confident managing pain and moving better after their procedure.
