First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether watching a video about exercises and recovery is as helpful as meeting with a teacher in person for people having knee surgery. About 166 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the video can boost patients' confidence in moving despite pain, and also reduce fear of movement and disability.
