Summary
This study tested whether video-based therapy could improve mental well-being for parents of children with special health needs. 104 Cantonese-speaking parents in Hong Kong took part. The therapy focused on acceptance and commitment techniques to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Results were measured three months after the therapy ended.
