Summary

This study explores whether playing popular, easy-to-use video games can improve thinking skills, mood, and engagement in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. About 60 participants will play selected PlayStation games in small groups at day centers, two to three times per week for two months. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, emotional state, and quality of life to see if this enjoyable activity supports healthier aging.
