Summary
This study explores whether playing popular video games on PlayStation can improve thinking skills and emotional well-being in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Around 60 participants aged 65 and older will play specially selected games in day centers for two to three sessions per week over two months. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, mood, and engagement to see if this enjoyable activity supports healthier aging.
