First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study compares video game-based exercise (using Nintendo Switch) with traditional online exercise for 30 young people aged 12-22 who have pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis. The goal is to see if the fun, game-based approach can improve balance, reduce fatigue, and increase physical activity. Participants will exercise twice a week for 8 weeks, either with a trainer via Zoom or with the Ring Fit Adventure game.
