Summary
This study compares video game-based exercise (using Nintendo Switch) to traditional online exercise in 30 young people aged 12-22 with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis. The goal is to see if the fun, game-based approach can improve balance, reduce fatigue, and boost quality of life. Participants will exercise twice a week for 8 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in mobility and daily functioning.
