First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests whether a device that delivers gentle vibrations to the legs can reduce muscle stiffness (spasticity) and help people walk better. About 25 adults with long-term leg spasticity will try the device in the lab and at home. Researchers will measure changes in muscle activity, flexibility, and walking speed to see if the vibrations help.
