Summary
This study tested whether adding vibration training to standard rehab helps people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. 39 adults completed a 4-week program of seated vibration exercises plus usual therapy. Results showed improved leg strength on the unaffected side, better daily function, higher quality of life, and increased self-esteem. The treatment did not significantly improve strength on the stroke-affected side.
